No, we do not have a partnership with Smartbox or Wonderbox.

Yes, insurance for the cancellation or interruption of your stay is suggested when booking (valid for COVID cases).

In case of bad weather (yellow and orange warning levels for storms), the Estate reserves the right to switch you to a different kind of accommodation, if available, or to postpone your stay.

Credit cards, Haut Finistère vouchers and ANCV holiday vouchers are the payment means accepted within the Estate.

30% of the total price is required upon booking (credit card), and the remaining 70% can be sent by post.

If you wish to pay in full using your holiday vouchers, they must be sent to us by post prior to your stay.

Our price includes the night’s stay in our accommodation, breakfast, freshly-made beds and full access to the Estate and its activities (some may cost extra, payment on site).

For information concerning booking cancellations/changes, please read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Yes, so long as the accommodation booked can host them. Please inform us 24h in advance. Additional payment will also be required for the extra guest(s).

A vaccination certificate is not currently required (as of 14/03/2022). This section may be updated as per Government directives.

Information about how to get here is available on the page “How to get to the Estate”.

Yes. A car park is available just a few steps away from reception for any guests staying in our accommodation or here to enjoy an activity.

Following our extension work, a private car park for guests staying in our accommodation will be available, in addition to the one for day-time visitors.

Yes, the Estate has a yurt available to reduced mobility guests. It has a parking space right next to it.

- The Couple’s Tree House is accessed using a staircase, ladder and “monkey bridge” walkway.
- Family Tree Houses are accessible for children. You will either need to climb up stairs or walk along a “monkey bridge” walkway.
- The Nids d’îles tree domes can be accessed by both adults and children. You will need to climb across hanging nets to get there.
- The Yurts: one of the two yurts is accessible to reduced mobility guests. The second yurt is not accessible to reduced mobility guests. Its entrance is on the terrace.

No, your accommodation can be accessed on foot, as the Estate is car-free.

Please read the page dedicated to each type of eco-lodge, to find out what equipment they each have.

Trousers and sport shoes are highly recommended for accessing some of our accommodation, walking in the forest and enjoying our Parcabout® circuit (see Parcabout® questions for the ideal outfit).

Upon arrival, we will show you around your eco-lodge and the Estate, and provide any practical and useful information so you can then enjoy your stay to the fullest. You can tell us what hot drink you would like for breakfast, if you did not fill in your pre-arrival questionnaire. We will give you a few tips concerning the dry toilet and how to switch on the heating.

On the day you leave, your eco-lodge must be freed between 9 am and 10.30 am at the latest, so we can clean it before our next guests arrive. The keys are to be returned to reception. You can however carry on enjoying the Estate and Parcabout® circuit all day.

Animals are not accepted in the Estate or accommodation.

During your stay

Our cabins do not have a kitchen. Some simply have a micro-wave and fridge. Cutlery is provided with the Menu and Aperitif option.

Once on the Estate, you can enjoy our Aperitif hamper (to be reserved up to 24h in advance), or Local Menu (subject to availability).

We can recommend several restaurants near the Estate, so you can plan your stay as best as possible. Please contact reception for further information.

Yes, you can leave and come back whenever you like.

Your hot drinks will be ordered upon arrival if we did not receive your pre-arrival questionnaire. A breakfast hamper will be dropped off at your door, except for the Nids d’îles domes for which guests must come and collect their hamper at the relaxation area. Breakfast includes croissants, pains au chocolat and bread (baguette). There will also be a selection of jams and dulche de leche, butter and local apple juice.

If you have any allergies or are gluten-intolerant, please let us know at least 24/48h in advance.

The café-bar has Internet access, as does our relaxation area. Simply ask for the password at reception.

However, you may smoke out on your terrace, where we have put ashtrays. Nids d’îles tree dome guests are required not to smoke near the nets or forest. Ashtrays are at your disposal on the café-bar’s terrace.

Please do not bring your own barbecue or candles to the Estate.

Yes. Our sanitary facilities are only available to guests staying in our accommodation. You can shower and use conventional toilets there.

Our dry toilets are eco-friendly and practical. They are cleaned after every stay. Our dry toilets are very easy to use:

1. Take a spoonful of sawdust from the pile next to the toilet
2. Pour it into the bucket
3. Go about your business
4. Add another 3 spoonfuls of sawdust
(Leave the bucket where it is at all times)
The toilet paper is biodegradable so you can put it in the bucket too. However, please do not throw any sanitary protection products inside.

All our accommodation has heating, except for the Nids d’îles tree domes.

- In the Cabins, there are USB ports and standard sockets for charging your phones.
- In the Yurts, you can also plug in a phone charger.
- For the Nids d’îles tree domes, you can go and charge your phone in our relaxation area.

Yes, our accommodation is fitted with electrical sockets. A breathing apparatus can therefore be plugged in.
However, please inform us 24h in advance if you intend to do so.

A map of the Estate is available in the “Contact and Practical Information” tab.
There are also maps displayed throughout the Estate: At the entrance, inside and outside reception, on the terrace, at the Parcabout® circuit, and near the fountain.
We recommend taking a photo as printed maps are not available given our sustainable development convictions.

There are signposts up within the Estate.
For anyone walking through the Estate’s forest, we recommend taking a photo of the map so you can pinpoint where you are. You can also follow the coloured signposts that will guide you along the paths.

It spreads out over 63 hectares. It includes a 15th-century manor house, 48 hectares of forest, 15 hectares of meadows and parks, and 11 kilometres of paths.
